Pre-Class Assignment 

For the next 30-60 seconds I want you to identify a highly irritating person in your life.  It could be someone in your family, at work, or elsewhere.  Either they are overall repugnant or a certain behavior shows a distasteful side of them. 

If no one readily comes to mind observe as you go through the next few hours who might be a strong irritant to you, who has made you really angry or indignant lately.

Next, use three highly inappropriate, politically incorrect terms to characterize that person or their behavior.  Okay just pick 3 adjectives, but if you can get emotionally charged with the adjectives you choose, you will have a better effect. 

You may want to write down the three terms so you can remember them when we get on the call.
