They know that without openness to growth their goals are just pipe dreams. As a dynamic, ambitious woman, when you hear others repeatedly talk about what they’ll do some day but you never see them taking action, investing in themselves or doing anything more than talk about “someday”, you know you’re not like them. They’re on a trip down a dead-end alley. You know that, without action, dreams are just fantasy.
You’re actively working on your dreams, whether internally or externally, each day that passes. You go for your dreams no matter how audacious the may seem to others. You know what you’re capable of, even if you sometimes forget. Even when you falter, you keep the dream alive and you regroup, seeking the next path that will make your dreams a reality.
I’m talking to you if you’ve enrolled in technical courses showing you the how-to’s of your goal, but you have had difficulty implementing it, you’ve not felt supported, and therefore you haven’t not gotten the final result you hoped for. But you’re not a “someday” or “dead-end” dream girl. So you keep trying. You’ve realized by now that attaining the goal is really nice, but what’s even better is becoming the woman who has that business, career title, relationship, whatever your goal may be. The person you become to achieve that goal is the real prize. But you know for any of it to come about, the goal or the personal development and spiritual growth, you’re going to have to find a way to fall in love with the journey.
The way to fall in love with the journey, grow in it, develop from it, AND see results, is to incorporate mindset. Mindset is the missing key to unlock the door to the out-of-this-world results you KNOW you can have.
If you’ve ever been befuddled as to why a proven technique isn’t working for you, why you’ve hit a plateau or why you can’t seem to motivate yourself to consistently do that which is required to reach your next goal, dig into mindset.
I’m Jennifer Duclair, an attorney and Mindset Mentor, but formerly known as the Bar Exam Mentor. What I learned through helping law school graduates become attorneys is that everything is about 70% mindset and only 30% tips, tricks, and scripts. Without the success mindset, Law School Graduates simply could not correctly implement any of the resources they’d paid for. Their precious time and energy was wasted, family members were sacrificing in vain waiting for their law-grad mom, dad, daughter or son to finally pass the Bar.
In my work, I also encountered others who had the same problem, namely professional women who wanted to grow their practice, start a business, or advance their careers. They were unable to implement the wisdom of their industry,
to do the things they were told would work for them, and reach their goals. If they tried, without the success mindset, it sadly turned out to be money and time wasted on Facebook Ads, face-to-face workshops, dead-end client consults, missed opportunities at networking events and lack of courage to negotiate the compensation these women knew they deserved.
The same principles of the mind I used to help Bar Exam Takers also applied to women already established and building their careers and businesses. So I decided to open up my practice and help them too.
Now there are tons of people who could benefit from the acquisition and application of success mindset in their business, career and even relationships. But I’ve chosen women who are either career-minded, entrepreneurial minded or Both, because they have a special-brand of go-get-it-ness that makes these mindset principles especially effective for them. Meaning, they get results! These women want to impact their families, workplaces, and the world for good. I am 110% for multiplying the power of a woman impacting the world for good.
When the success mindset is learned and incorporated, a woman finds her dreams come true in the most authentic way imaginable. Her success comes with peace and balanced, non-attached but still enjoying every material and intangible benefit she’s earned for herself. She feels favored by the Divine and totally deserving—finally.
