You are receiving a space in the program, support and guidance, but not guaranteed results from participating in the program.

You understand that all payments are non-refundable investments into your personal development through this program. It is your responsibility to schedule sessions, utilize materials provided, participate in group forums within the time allotted for your program/purchase.

Your neglect to use the materials and support made available to you within the confines of your program time does not constitute grounds for services not received. You agree by purchasing, placing a deposit or signing an enrollment agreement for any of the services, programs, courses, or seats for attendance in programs offered by Jennifer Duclair, Bar Exam Mentor, or affiliated companies/programs, that you will not initiate charge-backs, seek credits, or payment reversals for any payment made to Bar Exam Mentor made by or on behalf of yourself.
