I’m Jennifer Duclair, the mindset mentor.

Like many, I rode the weight loss roller coaster. It started early on but really took root through life changes that come with age, medication, and child bearing. My last straw was losing my chosen career because I was too fat to be there. I balanced out but, the weight was stuck. After many failed attempts to slim down, I put weight loss on the back burner and concentrated on my other goals instead. I built several businesses, made wise-investments, focused on being a fantastic mother, and dug into my spiritual journey, knowing myself better and contributing to the world. But something nagged me every time I looked at my closet half of which was full of clothes I’d been promising myself I’d get back into.

After years of high-achieving, the one thing I got less than passing marks on, was my weight.

I watched everyone on the weight-loss merry-go-round and decided that wasn’t for me. I disliked futile exercise.

I was just going to try and be happy as-is. My past experience showed me that unless something concrete changed, the whole dieting landscape was better left untouched. I had tried intermittent fasting, Fit for Life, Body for Life, Army Bootcamp diet (C’mon! I had been in the military and the weight kept piling on). No more fads.

If I was going to lose weight, I wanted to do it the right way.

Without pain of a hungry belly, no guilt when I overate, no anguish about when the weight will come off, no restricting, no shame, no life-on-hold until I get my “beach body” back. None of that!

Luckily, in my spiritual journey to find deeper purpose and life satisfaction, I also found the answer to losing weight, effortlessly.

  • Imagine waking up every morning and looking forward to a day of your favorite foods! No drastic food changes! I had everything I liked and steadily lost weight.

  • Imagine just one technique or method, no piles of books, deep video watching or trekking to a weightloss center to lose weight. I picked the simplest thing for me and watched my waistline shrink as my self-awareness grew.

  • And finally imagine being pain and guilt free because you know what’s really going on when you want to overeat—and if you do overeat, it’s not a big deal to get over—as long as you know step 2 of my simple technique.

Applying my goal blasting method the eating will take care of itself and the weight will too!
