Sessions start at the top of the hour and are available between 11am and 9pm EST (the last session begins at 8pm EST). 

Use it to get 1 hour of studying done (tackle your toughest task) or to jumpstart your multi-hour study session (we check in at one hour mark and you continue on your own). 

Additional hours can be made available upon request and if there's enough demand.
